Contest Rules:
ORGANIZER
The contest is organized by Semma Oy (hereafter referred to as the Organizer). The competition is not organized by Facebook nor Instagram and they do not sponsor or recommend or manage this campaign by any means and it is not related to Facebook or Instagram at all.
PARTICIPATION
To participate in the contest, follow Semma on Instagram, like the contest post, and tag a friend in the post's comment section. Please note that one tagging is one participation. You can participate multiple times by tagging a different friend in each comment. Only individuals with an Instagram account can participate in the contest. Sharing posts related to the contest does not affect your chances of winning.
CONTEST PERIOD
The contest is open until Sunday, September 15, 2024. Any tags made after the contest period ends will not be considered in the draw.
THE RAFFLE
The winner will be selected by a random draw from those who have participated in the contest according to the rules on September 16, 2024. The winner will be notified personally via direct message. If the winner does not respond by September 20, a new winner will be drawn.
THE PRIZE
The contest winner will receive 100 lunch vouchers, which entitle the holder to lunch at Semma's restaurants during the validity period of the vouchers. The prize is personal and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
PRESENTING THE PRIZE
The prize will be delivered to the winner at one of Semma’s locations at a time agreed upon by the Organizer and the winner. The person claiming the prize liberates Semma from any responsibilities that might be caused or argued to be caused by participating in the raffle, claiming the prize or using it.
LOTTERY TAX
Organizer takes care of the statutory lottery tax of the prizes.
ORGANIZER’S RESPONSIBILITY
The liability of the Organizer can not exceed the amount or value of the prize for any reason. The redeemers of the prize discharge Semma and the cooperating quarters of the competition from all liabilities that follow from, or are said to follow from participating in the competition, or redeeming or using the prize.
